Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, except for earrings (for strict hygiene reasons).


How to Return

To initiate a return, please fill out our online return form (link will be available at launch). Once your request is submitted, we will contact you directly via email with the return address and next steps.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 7 working days of being received at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 6 working days after your return is processed.


Partial Returns & Promotional Items

If you return only part of an order that includes a free item(s) or a promotional discount, the value of those free item(s) or discounts will be deducted from your refund, or may be billed separately if the promotional conditions are no longer met.


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings (strict hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased at pop-up events or sample sales

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Kalipso Heritage does not cover the postage cost for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Return Address

The correct return address will be provided to you via email after submitting your return form.


Statutory Rights

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

 

Warranty

All Kalipso Heritage jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear).


If your item is eligible for warranty service, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
