Shipping & Taxes Policy

Shipping Regions, Rates & Delivery Times

Switzerland & Europe (CHF/€)

  • Standard Shipping (3–10 business days): Flat rate 9.99 CHF for Switzerland and 9.99 € for Europe on orders below 90 CHF/90 €.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders of 90 CHF/90 € or more.
  • Tracking: For orders below 90 CHF/90 €, tracking is available as an add-on at checkout. For orders of 90 CHF/90 € or more, tracking is included for free.
  • Dispatch: All Switzerland orders placed before 7 pm (CET) on a weekday are shipped the same day. All non-Swiss orders are shipped the next business day.
  • Delivery times: Based on Swiss Post estimates (Swiss Post International Consignments).
  • Address: Please ensure your delivery address is written in English to avoid delays.


Orders are not shipped on weekends or during Swiss national bank holidays.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Orders under €150 (IOSS)

  • VAT and all applicable customs duties are INCLUDED and paid at checkout under the EU’s IOSS scheme.
  • No additional charges upon delivery—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
  • If you are mistakenly charged by local customs, please contact our support team at info@kalipsoheritage.com.

EU Orders over €150

  • VAT and any applicable import duties are NOT included at checkout.
  • These charges will be collected by your local customs authority and must be paid by you upon delivery.

Switzerland

  • VAT is included in the displayed price for all orders shipped within Switzerland.

Other Countries

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties.
